Rearing, A Horse

Rearing, A Horse

Awkward title, I know. Open to suggestions for a better one. 😉 This was AI created music from a bit of free verse I wrote (I think?) back in high school – that would be the late 70’s.

Lyrics:

Rearing

A horse of sun blinding white

Proud posing hooves gallop from sight

And snow mane of silver

And halter of blue

‘Till changing its’ faces

Becomes something new

Maybe a willow

And maybe the sea

And maybe a snow dove

Asleep in a tree.

It flickers to starlight

A lantern of flame

Then drifts into shadows

No shape stays the same

A river of silver

A whisper of rain

Returning to silence

Then shifting again
