Sony/BMG, the fine folks who introduced the non-computing public to the term "rootkit" has a comment page here. Let them know how much you appreciate them installing a back-door on your computer without your knowledge or consent. Ask them who provides support when it causes problems with your system. Tell them to have a nice day.
Sophos has issued a removal tool. Better get it while you can - I wouldn't expect Sony's legal department to let this go unchallenged.
